Your Will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign. However a large number of people put off making a Will or never make one. The common perception is that Solicitors are expensive but actually at Acorn we do the majority of Wills on fixed prices from as low as £62.50 plus VAT. As Solicitors we are fully regulated and have full insurance unlike some other firms who advise on Wills who may try to evade  liability for any losses due to their negligence.

You can buy a pack and do it yourself, or do your Will online. However this is taking a huge risk and you may be doing more harm than good. Without a Solicitor the potential for getting it wrong is huge and can be very costly to undo after you have gone.

Probate

Dealing with the affairs of a loved one who has passed away can be very stressful and time consuming. It is natural that you should wish their estate to be dealt with quickly and efficiently by a Solicitor who specialises in probate.
